Sri Lankan Black TeaBlack tea contains powerful antioxidants that can help reduce the risk of many different cancers.
Linden BlossomLinden leaf is used for colds, stuffy nose, sore throat, breathing problems (bronchitis), headaches, fever, and to make it easier to bring up phlegm by coughing (as an expectorant).
ElderflowersElderberry might affect the immune system. Elderberry seems to have activity against viruses including the flu, and might reduce inflammation.
Pomegranate FlowersPomegranate is used for many conditions, but so far, there isn’t enough scientific evidence to rate pomegranate as effective for any of them. We do know, though, that pomegranate does not seem to be effective for reducing the symptoms of chronic obstructive lung disease (COPD) or improving breathing in people with this condition.
