Garlic Juice | Garlic is used for many conditions related to the heart and blood system. These conditions include high blood pressure, high cholesterol, coronary heart disease, heart attack, and “hardening of the arteries” (atherosclerosis). Some of these uses are supported by science. Garlic actually may be effective in slowing the development of atherosclerosis and seems to be able to modestly reduce blood pressure. |

Mullein Leaf | Mullein tea is a traditional treatment for respiratory problems, such as chest colds, bronchitis and asthma. Mullein leaf tea is slightly bitter; a tea of the flowers is sweeter. Both the leaves and flowers contain mucilage, which is soothing to irritated membranes, and saponins, which make coughs more productive. Research has shown that the herb has strong anti-inflammatory activity, and lab studies suggest that mullein flower infusions have antiviral properties, as well. |
Chickweed Herb | Chickweed is best known for it's ability to cool inflammation and speed healing for internal or external flare-ups. |
Fennel Seed | Fennel might relax the colon and decrease respiratory tract secretions. |
Nettle Leaf | Stinging nettle contains ingredients that might decrease inflammation and increase urine output. |
Vegetable Glycerine | Has a sweet taste and metabolizes differently than sugar. |
Apple Cider Vinegar | May help with diabetes and blood sugar control |
