UbiquinoneUbiquinone has been used for heart problems (e.g., heart failure, angina), high blood pressure, Parkinson’s disease, gum disease, and certain diseases passed down through families (Huntington’s disease, muscular dystrophy). It has also been used for preventing migraine headaches and for preventing cell damage that may occur after surgery or treatment with certain anti-cancer drugs.
Microcrystalline CelluloseUsed as a texturizer, an anti-caking agent, a fat substitute, an emulsifier, an extender, and a bulking agent in food production. The most common form is used in vitamin supplements or tablets.
GelatinGelatin is used for weight loss and for treating osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and brittle bones (osteoporosis).

Healthy Origins Ubiquinol Kaneka QH is used by adults ages 40 and older for a healthy heart.

Conventional CoQ10 supplements provide a compound called “ubiquinone”, which must be reduced to its active metabolite “Ubiquinol” in order to be used by the body. Experts have always believed the best way to supplement this coenzyme would be in its active (Ubiquinol) form, but until recently had been unable to produce a stable material. That’s where the scientists at Kaneka, the world‘s recognized leader in CoQ10 research and production come in. After 10 years of painstaking research, Kaneka developed a patented process to stabilize Ubiquinol so it can be ingested orally and readily assimilated by the body. Ubiquinol supplementation is important with individuals who may have difficulty with the natural conversion of CoQ10 to Ubiquinol – especially older
adults or those suffering with oxidative stress.

Healthy Origins research & development group has successfully reformulated all three strengths of their Ubiquinol (Kaneka QH) softgels by effectively substituting sunflower lecithin for the soy lecithin resulting in finished products just as effective as their original formulations but these new products are all now Soy Free and Non-GMO.

Formulated with Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT’s) and Ascorbyl Palmitate for enhanced absorption. All of our Ubiquinol gels are fortified with an additional 5 percent Ubiquinol raw material to insure that every softgel capsule is a minimum of 100 percent of label claim.
