Ammonium Nonoxynol-4 SulfateUsed as a surfactant (detergents and soaps), emulsifier (polymerization of vinyl acetate), and antistatic agent (plastics and synthetic fibers).
Nonoxynol-9It is widely used in contraceptives for its spermicidal properties.

Betadine® Surgical Scrub contains 7.5% povidone iodine and is an antiseptic, bactericidal, virucidal, sudsing skin cleanser. This microbicidal cleanser promptly kills a broad spectrum of pathogens. It is used for hand hygiene, surgical hand-scrubbing, and topical preparation of patient’s skin prior to surgery. Contains detergents so this product must be rinsed off.
